Professional Coaching

Tidal Running training philosophies and methods have evolved from many years of running, racing, and coaching. Tidal Running coaches have trained, competed at, and coached runners of all ages, abilities, distances, and disciplines. With experience from distances of 800M to ultra-marathon and disciplines from road to track to xc – Tidal Running has insight and knowledge on a level unmatched by most.

High Tide Coaching

Designed for athletes looking to get more out of their running. Athletes looking to take their running to the next level. With a focus on practice and progress, High Tide athletes will be challenged to learn as they grow and must have a willingness to get out of their comfort zones.

All High Tide athletes receive the following:

  • Individualized run training plans provided via Training Peaks

    • Includes warm ups, main sets & drills

  • Supplemental Strength Training plans

    • Pre & Post run as well as stand alone sessions

  • Focus on developing a ‘complete’ athlete

    • Physical & mental training and practice

  • Access to all TIDAL Running & Racing training sessions

    • Year round weekly practices sessions on the track, road & trail

  • Unlimited communications with your Coach

    • Text, call, email, Zoom

  • The cost per month for High Tide athletes is:

    • $200 ADULTS

    • $150 YOUTH

Tidal Racing

Tidal Racing was created to serve as a training group and racing team for Tidal Running and non-Tidal Running athletes alike. Racing or competing is not required and there is no set schedule of team meets, races, or events.

  • Coach led group training sessions for middle & longer distance athletes

  • Practice your running and learn how to improve

  • Sunday morning TRACK practice!

  • Other weekly group practices at various locations & times

  • The cost is $50 per month for non-Tidal Running athletes

Tidal Strength

Tidal Running offers both in person strength & conditioning sessions as well as comprehensive and effective training plans designed to ‘prehabilitate’ runners to move better, avoid injury and improve performance.

This critical training aspect can be added to any training plan for $25 a month and can consist of stand alone 45-60’ sessions and / or 15-20’ pre or post run sessions. Zero to minimal equipment required.
